4. You understand that Starsoft uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide any necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to deliver the Services.

5. Starsoft may revise these Terms of Use for the Nesting Center website at any time without notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by the then applicable version of these Terms of Use.
